KG500GF Photovoltaic Drilling Rig

The photovoltaic drilling rig is specifically designed for photovoltaic foundation pile drilling. The rig is equipped with an 86 kW diesel engine and a high-efficiency desert air filter, with a maximum drilling diameter of 500 mm.

• The hydraulic system adopts a high-pressure cast iron pump, while the crawler tracks are widened and thickened to enhance overall stability
  
• The 28A roller chain for the lifting system and a box-type large cross-section steel guide rail provide sufficient structural strength, allowing a single feed stroke of up to 4 meters
  
• The rotary head features four hydraulic motors and adopts a high-strength spur gear transmission with a large reduction ratio, delivering up to 12,000 N·m of maximum rotary torque, making it suitable for large-diameter foundation pile drilling
  
• Optional 1-ton feed beam winch is available for lifting drill bits, drilling tools, and DTH hammers during operation
  
• For operation on steep slopes, an optional 8-ton chassis winch can be equipped to provide sufficient traction and operational safety
