The surface DTH drilling rig is an advanced drilling solution that integrates the DTH drilling system with an automatic rod-handling system. All movements, including traveling, feeding, rotating, dust collection, and angle adjustment, are hydraulically driven, providing strong climbing capability and stable performance. A hydraulic dry-type dust collection system effectively reduces environmental pollution.
The drilling rig delivers energy efficiency, environmental protection, high mobility, convenient operation, and stable performance. It is equipped with a hydraulic rod unloading mechanism for drill rod removal, along with a rod-handling device to reduce labor intensity. The rig is mainly used for rock drilling in quarrying projects and open-pit mining.
