ZT11/ZT12 Integrated Surface DTH Drilling Rig
The integrated surface DTH drilling rig is capable of drilling vertical, inclined, and horizontal holes, and is mainly used for blast hole drilling and pre-splitting in large open-pit mines and rock excavation projects. The rig is powered by a Yuchai or Cummins non-road diesel engine. The rear flywheel output drives the screw compressor system, while the PTO output drives the hydraulic transmission system.
The rig is equipped with an automatic rod handling system, a drill rod floating joint assembly, a drill rod lubrication system, an anti-jamming system, a hydraulic dry-type dust collection system, and an air-conditioned cab. Optional functions include drilling angle and depth indication.
