KT7D DTH Drilling Rig at Work Site

The integrated DTH drilling rig is designed to meet the demands of on-site mining operations. It is a fully automatic rod-handling DTH drilling rig, suitable for borehole diameters of 90-135mm and a drilling depth of up to 24 meters. The rig is equipped with a high-power Yuchai engine, a two-stage 15/18 compressor airend, and a large-section high-strength aluminum alloy guide rail, along with an optimized hydraulic system. It integrates the drilling system and the screw air compression system into a single unit, both driven by a six-cylinder diesel engine. This results in a compact structure and easy mobility. The high-pressure integrated rig features a unique design with a large airflow capacity of 15m³/min and high pressure of 1.8MPa, ensuring sufficient air supply for the drilling hammer.
