KT11 integrated down the hole drill rig

The KT11 integrated down the hole drill rig is driven by a high power Cummins China stage III diesel engine with a two-terminal output that can drive the screw compression system and hydraulic transmission system as well. It is capable of drilling φ90-125mm vertical, inclined and horizontal holes. It is mainly used for open-pit mines, stonework blast holes, and pre-splitting holes. The drill rig is equipped with an automatic rod handling system and lubricating modular drilling rod. This means that only one operator is needed. The main control actions are integrated in one handle for greater user-friendly control. It is equipped with an anti-jamming system and optional drilling angles and depth indication are available, thus simplifying drilling and improving the drilling quality. The efficient dust-collecting system, spacious cab, high-powered air-conditioner and quality stereo system provide a comfortable working environment for the operator, allowing them to work longer and more effectively.
