Portable Diesel Screw Compressor

Our portable diesel screw compressor is efficient, reliable, and comes in a complete range of models. The power ranges from 37-300kW, and the air consumption can reach 30 m3/min. The air consumption can reach as high as 2.2Mpa. As an important part for various kinds of construction equipment, this portable compressor can be used in many industries like shipbuilding, military project, mining, and the construction of road, railway, water conservancy project, building, and so on.
1. Main structure
The big diameter rotor comes with patented shaped wire. The high-elastic coupling is used to connect the main structure and the diesel engine directly-no overdrive gear is used. Thus the rotating speed of the main structure of our portable diesel screw compressor is identical to that of the diesel engine, leading to higher efficiency, better reliability and longer service life.
2. Diesel engine
The diesel engines are purchased from famous companies (such as Yuchai and Commins) at home and abroad. These engines have powerful movements and low oil consumption level, and the exhaust can reach very high environmental protection standard. Commins has a mature after-sale service system covering all over the world, while Yuchai also has its service branches in most countries and regions.
3. Air flow control system
The air flow control system of the portable diesel screw compressor is concise and reliable. It can regulate the air inlet volume in the range of 0-100% according to the air consumption. Besides, the accelerator is also adjusted automatically by this system to save the diesel consumption to the largest degree.
4. Microcomputer monitor
A microcomputer is designed to monitor parameters like working air pressure, exhaust gas temperature, rotating speed of engine, oil pressure, water temperature, fuel tank level, and so on. The automatic alarming and shutdown functions are all available.
5. Multi-stage air filter
A multi-stage air filter is available in our portable diesel screw compressor. It suits perfectly the working environment with much floating powder. The multistage fuel strainer is suitable for the common fuels around the world. The super oil/water cooler suits the high temperature and high altitude environment.
6. Access door
The access door for maintenance and repairing is wide enough for accessing to all the components, like air filter, fuel strainer, fuel tank, battery, oil cooler, and so on. Thus the downtime could be reduced.
7. Moving mechanism
A convenient moving mechanism is designed so that the portable diesel screw compressor can move flexibly even under bad topographic conditions. Each compressor comes with a hanging ring for easy hanging and transportation.
